Moose Talks – The Journey Begins

Thanks for joining me!

So what is Moose Talks?

Moose Talks is an opportunity for your school, business, community, sports team or any other group of people to have the chance to talk about mental health and the impact it can have on you and your loved ones. The opportunity to discuss your feelings or concerns in an environment aimed at helping you or your friends, colleagues, employees or peers.

My aim is to spread the word that having a mental health illness, such as depression, should not be seen with judgement and that you are not defined by having any mental health illness. By talking to you we can help each other and look for signs in our loved ones that we might not have previously recognised as a symptom of mental health problems.

I have suffered with crippling depression, have attempted suicide and write a successful blog on depression, I have books on Amazon and therefore I am talking from a position of experience having worn the t-shirt as it were and using my experience to enable others to overcome stigma and judgement is one of the reasons I have set up this venture.

My goal is to make this my full time profession travelling around the UK helping others to help themselves and ultimately continue to spread the word of the moose in the name of good mental health.

If you would like to speak to me about talking to your group please go to contact button and message me your details and we can go from there and discuss fees.

Good company in a journey makes the way seem shorter. — Izaak Walton
